"We signed up with Asha around May, 2025 to help us look for a home here in Frisco, TX. We had an initial face-to-face meeting in which Asha gave us every assurance that she would work diligently and with care and understanding of our needs and be an advocate for us through the process till we closed on a house we liked. In every regard, Asha more than lived up to those assurances. We came to Frisco several times with a list of homes we had identified from platforms like Realtor.com, Zillow and OneHome (this one set up by Asha for us per our search criteria). In addition, for each visit, Asha also identified other homes she thought might fit our needs. Through these visits, Asha efficiently scheduled all the showings (many with difficult schedules for various Seller/Agent reasons). She worked very hard and long days during those house hunting trips and her energetic efforts were commendable. When we finally found a house we were ready to go into Contract with, Asha helped us from start to finish. She communicated in a very timely manner, provided us her advice and thoughts, listened to and addressed our concerns along the way and we really believe we were able to successfully close the transaction only because of Asha's involvement, expertise and her admirable ability to "run interference" on every issue that arose. Her very pleasant personality and her hearty laughter were bonuses on top of her work ethic and advocacy for us. Even when she may not have been fully aligned with our views on something, she was very polite and professional and made clear that she would "respect whatever decision you make" and work the issue for us. That customer centric approach certainly made things easier for us through the typical ups and downs of such transactions. We became friends too along the way - a friendship we will hope to cherish for years to come!
